Specialized Hybrid System Maintenance

Maintenance is performed on the high-voltage battery pack, inverter, DC-DC converter, electric air conditioning compressor, and regenerative braking system of hybrid vehicles. Ceramic insulating thermal pads, high-voltage orange shielded wiring harnesses, high-voltage IGBT module thermal grease, and a dedicated balance charging strategy for NiMH/Lithium batteries are used, along with insulation resistance testing and high-voltage interlock detection to ensure smooth and safe switching between electric and fuel modes.
