Manual Transmission & Differential Maintenance

Manual transmission fluid changes, differential oil changes, shift mechanism lubrication, and shift fork and synchronizer inspection are provided. GL-5 grade extreme pressure gear oil, molybdenum-containing anti-wear additives, copper alloy synchronizer cone rings, and carburized steel main reduction gears are used. Magnetic drain plug cleaning and precise oil level filling are employed to eliminate shifting stiffness, abnormal noises, and poor differential lock-up.
