For clunking, rattling, and creaking noises occurring on bumpy roads or during steering, inspect the stabilizer bar linkage, control arm bushings, shock absorber top mounts, lower ball joints, and steering gear tie rods. Replace polyurethane reinforced bushings, forged chromium-molybdenum steel ball joint pins, and double-row angular contact ball bearing top mounts using a hydraulic press, followed by precision torque tightening to completely eliminate any looseness or noise source.
