Turbocharging System Maintenance & Inspection

Clean and inspect the turbocharger impeller, bearings, oil seals, bypass valve, pressure relief valve, and intercooler piping. Use fully floating bearings, 1100℃ heat-resistant nickel-based alloy turbine housings, fluororubber vacuum tubing, and stainless steel clamps, along with a special engine oil pre-lubrication process to prevent turbo lag, oil burning, and insufficient boost pressure.
