After a customer completes a service order or appointment, M1 TRADING LIMITED will provide in-person service based on the customer’s selected service items, vehicle condition, and appointment schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer needs to bring their vehicle to the designated service location on the confirmed appointment date and time. After service completion, the vehicle will be delivered in-person at the service location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Assuming the vehicle arrives at the appointment time, requires no additional repairs, and is in good working order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Routine vehicle maintenance and general servicing: Typically completed and delivered within 1 business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vehicle inspection and diagnostic services: Typically completed within 1 business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
General mechanical repairs: Typically completed within 1\u20133 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More complex mechanical repairs or services requiring further inspection: Typically completed within 3\u20135 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Services involving complex repairs, additional repairs, or special circumstances: May exceed 5 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The above times are estimated service delivery times under normal circumstances. Actual completion times may vary depending on the specific vehicle condition, repair items, and service requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The service start time is based on the appointment date and time finally confirmed between M1 TRADING LIMITED and the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The customer should bring the vehicle to the designated service location at the appointment time. Upon arrival, we will perform inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, or repair according to the scheduled service items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The service completion time is determined based on the complexity of the actual repair and maintenance work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For routine services requiring no additional repairs, we typically complete them within 1 business day. For general mechanical repairs, it usually takes 1\u20133 business days; for more complex repairs, it usually takes 3\u20135 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the vehicle requires additional repairs, further diagnosis, or other necessary handling, the actual service time may exceed the above estimated periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If new problems are discovered during vehicle inspection or repair, requiring additional repairs beyond the original service items, we will promptly inform the customer of the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will not unilaterally add services for additional repairs without the customer’s confirmation. Once confirmed by the customer, the time required for additional services will be recalculated based on the specific repair items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, the original service completion time may need to be adjusted accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following situations may lead to extended service delivery times:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Complex vehicle malfunctions;
Further vehicle diagnostics required;
Additional repair or maintenance issues discovered;
Repair items exceeding the original scheduled service scope;
Waiting for necessary repair conditions or service resources;
Other reasonable circumstances affecting the progress of vehicle repair, maintenance, or diagnostics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the estimated service time significantly exceeds the original time, we will promptly communicate with the customer and inform them of the estimated completion time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After service completion, the customer can pick up the vehicle at the designated offline service location of M1 TRADING LIMITED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vehicle delivery time is based on the time we notify the customer that the vehicle has completed the relevant services and is ready for pickup. The customer should pick up the vehicle at the designated service location at the notified time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Working days” as used in this policy refer to normal business working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For example, if a service is expected to take 1 working day, it will be scheduled for completion on a normal working day; if the service involves 3\u20135 working days, it will be calculated based on normal working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the customer needs to change a confirmed appointment date or time, they should contact M1 TRADING LIMITED as early as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new service delivery time will be based on the reconfirmed appointment date and time. Appointment changes may result in adjustments to the original estimated delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because automotive repair and maintenance services require handling based on the actual condition of each vehicle, the above times are standard estimated service delivery times and are not an absolute guarantee of completion time for all vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under normal circumstances, routine maintenance and general servicing services can typically be completed within 1 business day; general mechanical repairs typically take 1\u20133 business days; and more complex repairs typically take 3\u20135 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All services are delivered offline.
